Complete our customer interest form, which will also allow you to schedule a 15-minute customer consultation.

Our requested order minimum is $300. We charge a $25 flat delivery fee for orders under $300.
Note: If you are a Daybreak Growers Alliance Farmbox host location, the minimum is waived.

Orders are placed by emailing orders@peakseasonmaine.com and listing the items and quantity needed in the body of the email. You will receive a confirmation email.

Order by 5pm on Sunday for a Tuesday or Wednesday delivery. Order by 5pm on Tuesday for a Thursday or Friday delivery.
Note: some items require two weeks lead time. Those items that need advanced ordering are noted on our availability sheet.

Yes, customers are welcome to pick up their order Tuesday through Friday at our distribution hub in Unity. To schedule a pickup within the team’s working hours, email Jeanne at jeanne@peakseasonmaine.com.

In the event any items on your order are no longer available, we will take the following steps as applicable and communicate those with you via email:
Suggest a substitute if available
Add the item to your next order pending availability
Remove the item from your order

If we are not able to fulfill an item in your order, we will alert you via email or share upon delivery. We receive products on Mondays and Wednesdays allowing us to deliver the freshest possible produce to you. All to say, sometimes, we will not know until the day prior to your delivery or upon delivery that your order will be short due to a producer's unanticipated challenges in the field or production line.

Peak Season currently provides direct delivery and a few pick up locations throughout the state of Maine. Our current delivery routes span from York County west to parts of Oxford County along the MidCoast, Downeast, and north to Aroostook County. We anticipate having apples through the winter. You can see the anticipated future availability of each item on our Availability List in the Seasonal Availability column.

You can cancel your order up until the order deadline. Once your order is placed, we reserve the right to charge for your products if you cancel past the order deadline. In this instance, products from your order would be donated to our food access partners. Our cancellations policy is based on our commitment to ensure your products are delivered as fresh as possible; we specifically order from farms based on each customer’s order.

Email orders@peakseasonmaine.com to let us know the extra item you received as soon as possible. We will return to collect the extra product to deliver it to the intended customer.

We ask customers to take a photo of any unsatisfactory items and email the image and approximate weight of the item or percentage of the case to orders@peakseasonmaine.com within 48 hours of delivery.
